Ravizza, who will be speaking at the 2017 ABCA Convention in Indianapolis, joins our podcast to discuss his reflections from well over 30+ years in baseball. Ravizza discusses where we stand today in our mental game training, with tremendous takeaways including his analogy of a chicken sandwich and truly appreciating 'the fifteen seconds between pitches'.
