We’re celebrating Stephen Colbert’s September 8th inaugural episode of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” by rereleasing our interview from a couple of years back. It’s perfect. We talk about the process of working on a show, having a vision, leading an “institution,” and the process of process.
