Dr. Patrick Iber is a UW-Madison historian who studies 20th Century Latin American history and US-Latin American relations at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.


Among other things, he’s the author of, Neither Peace nor Freedom: The Cultural Cold War in Latin America, a book that describes how artists, writers, and intellectuals participated in and generated Cold War conflict.


Professor Iber joins to offer his thoughts on the recent Summit of the Americas, which concluded this past Friday, June 10.
