I used to be HORRIBLE at running 1-1’s…

I thought they were good - but I always had this sneaking suspicion that they weren’t as powerful as they could be.

Then I learned a new way of running them.

And it changed everything.

Now my 1-1’s are MUCH more effective & focused. I believe 1-1’s are one of the biggest tools you have as a leader to build rapport, drive performance, and help coach / develop your team.
