No! But it was a start to something amazing. Heck Yes!  First Flight F/A-18E/F in 1995.  Same goes with Agile Transformation, Big Corp Consultants want to do everything at once and they forget about things like essential SAFe or simple and practical idea of adapting agile mindset.  Causing companies to give up because it is not perfect.
