Today’s guest, JD Tremblay, discovered that his body was able to sustain the trials of an Ironman (without any effects) when he did his first race, with no training, to check it off the bucket list.

This led JD to push the boundaries to see where he would hit the wall.  After competing in two 515 races he jumped at an opportunity to do the Epic5 ten-year-anniversary race – EPIC DECA , where he was the third and final finisher of the event.

Today JD is working on giving back to the tri community with a race for youth in Mexico.  Check out the GoFundMe he has to support this cause which he speaks about in this episode.

JD also speaks about his book Hunger for More in Life, soon to be published at Amazon, which he wrote to share his story and some training tips.  (link to follow when available)
