Since 2007, Matthew Greene has sold nearly 700 homes during two of the most active and challenging real estate cycles in over 50 years.
REALTrends, the real estate industry's most trusted source in North American analytics, has consistently named Matthew one of the highest-producing individual agents in Pennsylvania, and he has been nominated to be included in The Wall Street Journal's compilation of the most prominent real estate practitioners in the United States.
Matthew started his real estate career in Harrisburg, PA in 2007. Remarkably, as the market was in a deep recession, by 2013 Matthew had grown to become the highest producing individual agent in the Central Pennsylvania multiple listing service. Matthew sold his business in 2016 and relocated to Philadelphia, where he started from scratch and is now among the top-producing listing agents in the Coldwell Banker Preferred network of 9 regional offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
