Joey is your average Goone. A struggling middle-class kid trying to find his place in society. While his peers at school were discussing football stats and girls, he was thinking about scaling his business. He was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, had a funny obsession when he was 7 years old which led him a larger conversation with his Dad... That conversation set the entrepreneurial journey in motion for Joey. He had his first business when he was 9 years old and grew that company to nearly $50,000 in revenue before he was even tall enough to reach a countertop.

Joey struggled in school. While he graduated top of his class, he always wanted more. He talks about how algebra problems and accountability through homework were not helping him solve his business challenges. Because society and his inner middle child syndrome told him he needed to be more and do more, he went on to pursue two degrees at Mizzou, where he graduated on the Dean's List in 2012 with a major in Finance and minor in Real Estate. He then joined a small team of financial planners. He scaled his book of business to six figures within 4 years.... in year 4, Joey's Mom was diagnosed with cancer and shortly thereafter passed away. She left behind this amazing family event entertainment company. Joey and his Dad decided to leave their "corporate" careers and take it over. They are now in the process of scaling the family legacy to a nationwide 7 figure brand -- their goal is to change the conversation around events.... to use music and energy to unify communities and transcend differences... in a world so divided, their company creates the space for people to come together. More than a businessman, Joey is a philanthropist, coach, soon to be author and podcaster that truly wants to leave the planet a more positive, enriched place.
