Recently, Planned Parenthood opened a massive abortion facility in Southern Illinois. Built in secret, the facility is the latest in a series of Planned Parenthood megacenters designed to end human lives on an industrial scale.

While the rollout of these megacenters over the last 15 years is troubling, the facilities reveal the industry's weaknesses. The new Illinois megacenter, for example, is an attempt to maintain market share in the area as the failing St. Louis Planned Parenthood is in danger of closing.
