Kelsey Fender is a man of many trades playing for the Calgary Wolfpack of the Alberta Football League (AFL), coach for the Big Time 7v7 League and a professional bartender.

We discuss Kelsey's origins in the game of football and how he fell in love with the Montreal Alouettes growing up just outside the city. Kelsey gives us a breakdown of the difference between playing in Quebec and Alberta.

We then turned our attention to the Alberta Football League and the players that make up the seven-team men's league. Kelsey explains the tumultuous winless seasons before turning it around in 2019.  The balance of being a coach versus player is one that many struggle with in making that transition, Kelsey drops some advice for those making the switch!

Finally, with both Auzzie and Kelsey being Alouettes fans, we chat about the expectations of Vernon Adams Jr. this year and if he and Montreal can replicate the success they shared in 2019.
