Northeast Ohio schools warn students to stay off social media as Hamas attacks continue in Israel

Thursday, October 12, 2023: The Northeast Ohio Jewish community continues to come together as the Israel and Hamas war continues in the Gaza Strip. School districts are warning parents to keep children off social media out of concern that Hamas is flooding popular platforms with disturbing images and videos. Plus, we’ve learned that Cleveland Heights-University Heights school district has chosen to close its game tomorrow against Euclid to the public, due to safety concerns. We also share what we know about a scam targeting Summit County residents.
