Tammy Boetsma started out as a hostess at Bob Evans and, after earning her college degree from Bethel College in Indiana, she kept climbing the corporate ladder. Today she is Chief Executive Officer of HMR Acquisition Company, Inc., a large chain of popular Mexican and Italian restaurants in the Midwest, including Hacienda, LaSenorita Mexican Restaurants, and BarBici Italian Street Food.  If anyone knows what it takes to take steps in proficiency, its Tammy.
