NE IPAs are a big hit right now and making them at home can be a way to taste some new ones. If you are new to making NE IPAs you can make a small batch to get the prosses down before making a bigger batch. I have not brewed with Medusa hops so I wanted to use my new NE IPA recipe and see what I would get. You do not want to let a NE IPA sit for a long time.
