Centennial and Cascade are classic hops used in homebrewing. The cost is low for both hops. Today we are going to have the first tasting of beer 16 in my small batch 2 hop series. This homebrew is taking our base malt and adding some Honey malt. Will we get some more sweetness in the beer?
