Centennial Cascade w/OATs All Grain Small Batch Tasting 3

Centennial and Cascade are two classic hops. In my first small batch 2 hop series I wanted to brew homberews with hops that everyone one could get. This is beer number 3. This homebrew is using Oats. In this small batch, I wanted to see if you could add too much oats to a homebrew and if you did what would it do to the beer.
