Jaxxon – The Star Wars Rabbit?

Believe it or not, the Star Wars Universe does indeed have a giant, talking rabbit among it’s cast of rouges (after the prequels, is it really that hard to believe?). Jaxxon gained prominence within the pages of Marvel Comics’ Star Wars books and while we don’t necessarily want to see him on the silver screen anytime soon, it did work in the case of a talking Raccoon in Guardians of the Galaxy… so who knows. Check the link below to learn more than you’d possible ever want to know about dear old Jaxxon.

Lobot

If there’s a more conflicted character within Star Wars continuity, we’re not aware of it. Lobot has been portrayed drastically different in screen, print and video games. Sometimes we’re not really sure what secrets this man of mystery is hiding. Good or bad, one thing you can’t deny, Lobot has an intriguing character design. That cybernetic headpiece was way ahead of it’s time when it debuted in Empire all those years ago… here’s a guy who is literally plugged into everything that goes on within his city. You have to respect the dedication.

The Empire Strikes Back

John Hollis Wiki

Star Wars: Demolition (2000)

Demolition attempts to draw it’s continuity between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi films. In spite of the formation of the Galactic Empire, Jabba the Hutt has still managed to grow his crime empire and is doing quite well for himself. In a stroke of evil genius, Jabba concocts a new source for ill-gotten funds and decides to create a new sport to replace podracing- hence, Demolition is born. While a few participants race of their own free will, most are forced or coerced into racing by Jabba himself. A few character highlights from the game would be Boba Fett racing with his jetpack, Malakili racing on the Rancor, Darth Maul with his Sith Speeder, and Lobot racing around in a Cloud Car. Essentially a Twisted Metal import, Star Wars: Demolition set out to capitalize on the popularity of the demolition derby games of the time.
