#7 Confused About Boundaries

Maybe our favourite episode so far! In the second half of the episode, we get a little more personal and we chat about boundaries: what level of flexibility do you have around boundaries, how do you go about creating them, how do you enforce them? How do you know when they’ve been crossed and what do you do when that happens?
