“For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

"Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:"

Take a few moments to meditate on these verses.

Now, take some time to think about and answer these questions:

5. Of what are the unjust willingly ignorant? That the world was created by God.

6. What happened to the world that was? It was flooded.
