Today’s reading is from 1 Peter 3:1-2
"Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;
"While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear (respect)."
Take a few moments to meditate on these verses.
Now, take some time to think about and answer these questions:
1. Why are wives instructed to be in subjection to their husband’s leadership? To win their husbands over to Christ.
2. What should characterize a wife’s conversation? Respect.
