Today’s reading is from 1 Peter 1:21-22
"Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
"Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:"
Take a few moments to meditate on these verses.

21. Why was Jesus raised from the dead and given glory? So our faith and hope would be in God.
22. How do we obtain pure souls? Obeying the truth.
