Today’s reading is from 1 John 4:7-8

“Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.

"He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love."

Take a few moments to meditate on these verses.

Now, take some time to think about and answer these questions:

7. Why are we to love one another? Because everyone who is born of and knows God loves.

8. Why is someone who does not love others also without knowledge of God? Because God is love.
