Welcome to a special episode of the 25th Hour Podcast – where 4 successful business owners talk about delegating!  They share their delegating story - including some successes . . . and some challenges.

Today’s guests are Laura Licursi, Leah Hadley, Leslie McClure, and Chiquita Jones.  Laura Licursi is the founder of Elite Virtual Assistants, a virtual assistant agency that helps attorneys, busy professionals, and small business owners go from busy to productive by helping them delegate work that is keeping them from working IN their business instead of ON their business.

Leah Hadley is the Founder of Great Lakes Divorce Financial Solutions and Great Lakes Investment Management. She started her journey in financial services as an administrative assistant and worked her way up to a publishing senior equity research analyst in 6 years. Leslie McClure is a clinical psychologist and the owner of Kent Psychological Associates, an outpatient mental health practice with 20 mental health care providers.

Chiquita Jones is a graduate of the Integrator Mastery Academy and a Certified Online Business Manager. These programs helped her hone her skills to become a better Ops Director running the day to day operations for business owners looking to pivot or go to the next level. In this episode, our guests share their journeys along the delegating path, the insights they’ve learned along the way, the areas where they’ve struggled, and where they're looking to go next. Listen in as these amazing women share their stories, along with a ton of tips and strategies along the way!

Delegating Strategies for Success:

Laura Licursi - “Delegating different areas of my business has allowed me to focus more on the big picture, like creating new programs, offerings, or services that can really move the needle.”Leah Hadley - “When I'm when I'm delegating responsibilities that aren’t really developing and growing and managing my clients, it opens up such a world of opportunity, business-wise.”Leslie McClure - “My business has grown probably threefold in the past five years, and there’s no way on earth I would have been able to do that without delegating.”Chiquita Jones - “My clients often delegate social media because it’s so involved to do it well - when you delegate to a specialist, they can do things much more effectively than you spending that time and energy doing it half as well.”
