Her team helps financial planners, big and small, work smarter, grow faster, and build exceptional services for their clients. Charesse serves the financial planning profession through her work at Level Best and in a coaching capacity. She regularly speaks at national conferences, on educational webinars, and at tailored workshops to help advisors take charge of their processes. In 2019, She was honored to join the FPA’s Coaches Corner that has allowed her to expand her impact with one of the largest financial planning organizations in America.

Charesse is the master at helping financial advisors take ownership in their business and scale their organizations by helping them clarify exactly what they need now and in the future.

Strategies:  

Routines - “I get up in the morning, same time, and just helps me prepare for the day.”Closing the Loop -  “I found myself at one time being a big bottleneck for my business and for my team. So I try to end my day by making sure I'm following up with all of my clients and my team.”Delegating - “We have to take ownership of what's going on in our company. So number one, I try to really get the advisor on the same stage with that idea. And then empower them to realize that they can delegate.”Using Technology - “How you can leverage technology on a day to day basis is step one. Then you bring in your team.”

Family & red wine - “Spending more time with my family and probably while I'm doing that, drinking a glass of red wine”
