The Franciscan Well Brewery & Brewpub is the home of craft beer in Cork & has a long history in the city from its historic days as a Franciscan monastery & well. To kick off the 24 Stories Podcast, Stephen spoke to owner Shane Long about his 20 plus years of success, from his early days of concocting recipes, to building the brewery & eventually expanding outside of Cork & putting the well loved local beer on the market in countries across the world. Shane gives an insight to his success & the future dreams of the Franciscan Well.
