The Franciscan Well Bar & Brewery is the home of craft beer in Cork & has a long history in the city from it's historic days as a Franciscan monastery & well. To kick off the 24 Stories Podcast, Stephen spoke to Franciscan Well founder Shane Long about his 20 plus years of success, from his early days of concocting recipes, to building the brewery & eventually expanding outside of Cork & putting the well loved local beer on the market in countries across the world.
