With pleasure, we produced this episode as an interview with Keith Washington of Forward Progression Project. I was able to interview Keith on the first day of their MLK weekend boot camp! The goal is to pass on Life Skills to our up and coming teens of the next generation.

Maybe you have an idea of doing something similar? Do you have an event or class coming up? We would love to hear about it and share it with the rest of the community. Connect with us and lets us know at https://bantucola.com or on one of our social media platforms.
