Hobbs & Shaw (Lap 13)

We're headed back to the other timeline (??) to talk about Hobbs & Shaw with returning guest Kate Hudson! To coincide with the launch of her new podcast, Bravo Replay, we're wondering: which F&F movie is the most like a reality show? Which reality stars most closely align with Hobbs & Shaw? We get Kate's revised rankings (and her history with IMDb's Crazy Credits) before we discuss patron Randy Carter's theory of this as a future movie. We posit a world where Dom Toretto becomes a mass murderer, how Hobbs & Shaw feels different from the other latter-day F&F movies, and whether Deckard Shaw cleans his lair or pays someone to do it. Kate unveils a plan to bring back Ja Rule while Joe unveils a new spinoff dream. Kate makes a plea to make these movies horny again and Joe, in turn, proposes some new slash fiction. We complain about more pop culture references from this movie, discuss a fashion rarity, and debate whether this movie has the best F&F soundtrack. We share a new crossover idea (that we may have already talked about) and some related stunt casting. Kate makes BDWHAPFY entirely too suggestive.
