Jamie brings together Ed and Jack to discuss the 4-0 thumping of Harrogate, the planned return of fans to Rodney Parade, the balance between "fizzy midfielders vs onions and gravy" (don't worry, it makes sense in context) and Love Actually (not sure that reference made sense even in context). We also praise striker Alex Fisher's gesture in cutting off his golden locks to raise money for the Little Princess Trust; you can find out more and donate here.

And then in the second half of the pod, Ed speaks with James Cave and Martin Calladine about their new book looking at why lower-league and non-league clubs attract interest from wannabe owners keen to make a quick buck, and some of the ways in which fans are fighting back against them. We really cannot recommend their book strongly enough - if you like the pod, you will definitely enjoy the book, so please give it a read.

Next week, in the final part of our trilogy looking at how the game is run, the full panel will discuss how Newport County can thrive as a fan-owned club. We'll also (hopefully) have some Scunthorpe insights from "Man on the Northern Beat" Ian Street.

As always, drop us a line via Twitter or Facebook with any feedback. And if you like what we do, please feel free to donate the price of a coffee (or a matchday programme) at  www.ko-fi.com/1912exiles to help with our running costs.
