For more than 30 years Jon has represented workers and labor unions and their benefit funds throughout the midwest in the federal courts and before the NLRB, Department of Labor, and EEOC among others agencies. Jon is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and is the Union Co-Chair of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee of the American Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker on labor and employment topics.
