M. Cecilia Gaposchkin is Professor of History at Dartmouth College. She is the author of The Making of Saint Louis: Kingship, Sanctiity, and Crusade in the Later Middle Ages and Invisible Weapons: Liturgy and the Making of Crusade Ideology, among others.
Anne E. Lester holds the John W. Baldwin and Jenny Jochens Associate Chair in Medieval History at Johns Hopkins University. She is the author of Creating Cistercian Nuns: The Women's Religious Movement and Its Reform in Thirteenth-Century Champagne.
