This Podcast, also called 168 Hours, dissects the lives of creative and driven people in order to understand how they maximize their time in life to positively improve themselves and the situations surrounding them. During the show, I, Ben Steele, try to ask the hard questions to better understand my guest's lives and draw value from their experiences. Consider this an average man's guide to living a more than adequate life.
