Kay Newton is a best selling author, award winning international speaker, facilitator, retreat leader and Caring Confidante. At the age of 24 Kay jumped on board a private yacht and spent the next 30 years in Mallorca, Spain. In 2015 Kay hosted a ‘Ditch The Baggage Retreat’ and shortly after, took her own good advice and ditched her luxury lifestyle: Kay now lives in a small house close to a prisitine white beach with azure blue seas in Zanzibar, Tanzania.

Kay now truly following the ‘Less is More’ principal: Living a simple life with less footprint on the planet.
