573: Twelve Minute Convos w/ Bruno Gama

Hi friends, my name is Bruno and I was born and raised in a beautiful island in the south of Brazil called Florianópolis. My first language is obviously Portuguese and I will make some English mistakes while writing for my website, but I do not care.

Do you know why? Because I am on a mission baby! I finally have found my call, goal, purpose or whatever you wanna call it.

I AM HELPING AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GET HEALTHY FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES!

The whole world is under a health crisis and we cannot wait or even afford it anymore. Chronic diseases and obesity has taken over more than half of the population in the USA alone, and many other countries around the globe are following the same path.

Unfortunately, we cannot wait for the government to solve this problem because they are connected to big corporations which control most of the food supply. So what should be done? WE are the solution!!! I want to ask for your help to start a revolution and to share with as many people as possible all the information that goes into this website. I truly believe that change comes from within and education is the first step towards any goal.

I have always been “healthy” in my life, but since I started to dig deeper into how food, exercise, stress, sleep pattern and the environment affects our well-being, I took my health to another level. I have not been sick for over 3 years. Not even a simple flue (knock on wood please).

Not to mention the way I feel every day has changed for complete because I have energy and focus to do whatever I want 95% of the time (I have a “cheat” day occasionally and I pay the price). It is an awesome feeling that I want to help you to achieve as well.
