Niccie is an author, coach, speaker who helps individuals and organizations define their purpose and clarify their paths for arriving at the place where they are empowered by the work they do, the health they are in, and the relationships they have. “Awaken the Living Legacy”.

With over twenty years of healthcare leadership Niccie has encouraged many to set high goals and has led them to surpass benchmarks. Inspiring others to reach goals is one of the most enjoyable parts of her life. Using these skills in her twenty years in healthcare has helped her seamlessly advance into her coaching practice.

Providing leadership and team building education for years eased Niccie into public speaking which explains her quickly growing demands for workshops and seminars based around the book. Niccie finds it a privileged to reach so many people at one time, yet you will see her reach out and give personal attention to connecting powerfully with large audiences.

She founded Fulfill Your Legacy, LLC, in 2015 with her mission of infusing faith and the ‘Word’ back into the daily lives of those she comes in contact with. She is a mother of two beautiful daughters and a wife to her loving husband of twenty-five years, Jeff Kliegl.
