I don’t tell you what to do, I show you how to tell yourself. Why? Because creating long lasting change in your life isn’t about having someone who just “believes in you”, it’s about having someone in your life who not only stands by your side and works with you to figure out how to move forwards, but teaches you how to figure out your next steps and move forwards even when you’re facing it alone. And believe me, that’s a powerful skill to have. For years I’ve been teaching and coaching people from all walks of life, in all sorts of places around the world, how to just know what they are doing, even when they think they don’t.
