A latina with BIG global dreams, she's always been an advocate of following your heart and passions. She realized at 31 that age is just a number, and you can get to start over again no matter what, so she quit to her burnout corporate work and started looking for ways of launching a business from home, more relaxed = less stress, and more time for herself.

After successfully quitting her job and starting an online business Barbara found herself at a revenue ceiling
She identified that she didn’t feel comfortable ‘making room for excess’ and it was the bottleneck to her success
Upon further probing a narrative began to unfold where her success was sidelined by the perceptions of those close to her
Ultimately she didn’t allow herself more success because it would cause more drama than she was prepared to deal with
She acknowledged and realized how much power she was giving up by believing that it was other people that made her feel anything and instead she focused her attention back on taking responsibility for her own feelings
