Cienna Kopischke is a mom of her 1-year-old son, Ezra, and a military spouse to her husband Patrick. She love supporting mompreneurs and businesses designed to support parenthood.  During her pregnancy, she was diagnosed with a condition called Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG). This condition nearly took her life. She was throwing up over 120 times a day which led to being hospitalized 11 times. Without being able to hold any food or water down, she weighed 70 lbs and her body eventually went into organ failure in her third trimester. Her journey with HG came to an end when her son was born. One month later, she birthed her business: The Mommy Agency.   Now, she is on a mission to help small and medium-sized businesses grow through Social Media Management.

Main Business Issues:

Team members not delivering on performance and the limiting narratives to let them go

Cienna’s Key Insights And Takeaways:

The big and fast growth of Cienna’s business also got her to quickly realize some of her own leadership limits in terms of managing her team
She was painting red flags green both in the hiring and managing of her team
Additionally, she had a hard time setting and referring boundaries of team and clients
All of this was creating a lot of leadership leaks that were costing her both in terms of business and capacity
She was able to identify and work through some narratives where she was “over-responsible” for the well being of her team beyond a necessary scope
