Initially Monica came to the call not really sure what he main issue was but she knew there was something there that she wanted to explore further
As we dove deeper it became clear that a part of her was holding onto taking care of her son by setting “impossible standards” for finding care
It now became clear that the same part that was unwilling to let go was also fearful that by letting go she would create the same sense of abandonment she felt as a child when her parents worked
As this unraveled it was clear that it was showing up with her lack of commitment to ask for help and hire
And ultimately it created a fear of success at the responsibility it would create to continue to succeed in business
