Good news for men who have small wieners. The figures showing up on the measuring tape aren't exactly accurate. According to health advocates, the genitals have a lot going on inside the body and men actually have “hidden inches.” Think of the throbber like a boomerang, measuring from the tip, all the way down to the root that connects to the pubic bone. So, in some cases, almost 75% of the dong can be inside the body. Of course, one particular world leader was thrilled with the news.
