​Aaron Hernandez was an up-and-coming NFL star in 2013 after being drafted to the New England Patriots just three years earlier. He had a growing family and a life that many people dream to have. But as we know, not everything is as it appears and Aaron Hernandez’s life was definitely not as it appeared. A troubled childhood riddled with abuse and the loss of a parent left him with wounds that potentially never healed, and he would end up finding himself in jail facing multiple criminal charges and a life in prison, away from his fiancée, his baby daughter, and football.
