We are all subject to the voice in our own head who is saying "no" to us all the time.  It's time to acknowledge him or her, examine the poison they're putting in our bloodstream every day, and then make a decision to stop letting them control what we do and, more importantly, don't do as a result of their crippling advice.  If you feel like you're holding yourself back, driving around your life with the emergency brake pulled up, this solo episode will help you realize you have lots of company and it is possible break free from the slavery to which your inner critic has been subjecting you.
