اس رپورٹ میں بتایا گیا ہے کہ بدعنوانی کو قابو کرنےاور بنیادی انسانی حقوق کے تحفظ اور ریگولیشنز کے حوالے سے کارکردگی انتہائی تشویشناک ہے۔
اس کے علاوہ کرمنل جسٹس سیسٹم اور سول جسٹس سیسٹم اہل اقتدار اور اہل اختیار دونوں کے طرز عمل میں قانون کی حکمرانی کا اصول اور شفاف حکومت کے حوالے سے بھی پاکستان کی کارکردگی تسلی بخش نہیں ہے۔
سول جسٹس سیسٹم کے حوالے سے پاکستان کا نمبر ایک سو چوبیسواں 124 پر ہے اور ریگولیشن کے حوالے سے ایک سو تیس ویں 130 پر ہے، ایسا کیوں ہے؟
